Phillip Donnelly raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. Donnelly and his wife Megan reside in Columbia and he is employed as a boiler service technician. His hobbies include waterfowl hunting, trout fishing and riding his Harley. Clair Knight conferred the Master Mason degree and Robert Sourbeer acted as guide.
