Tuesday December 19th, 2017, Ashara-Casiphia Lodge No. 551 held their Annual Open Election of Officers. The new WM for 2018 will be Bro. Richard Gibble. On this night it was a packed Lodge room not only for the election and installation of Officers, but it was also the last Official meeting of DDGM Larry A. Derr. Almost every Lodge in the District had visitors attending the meeting for the farewell. The new DDGM Bro. Ronald Carson made a presentation to DDGM Larry A. Derr for his years of service and leadership to the District, from the Lodges in the District. It was a great night for the new Officers and the outgoing DDGM.
